Snow came to KC in late March 2009. This picture says it all. Snow man with carrots and other fruit bring back memories of Christmas Story, hot chocolate, sledding, and other fond childhood memories. I unfortunately missed this amazing day as I was traveling to visit family in CA. Technology is my saving grace. While I was not able to be there to experience this fun event, I did get to indirectly from my iPhone. Best investment I have made in a long time for my family. I was able to see the fun in almost real time.
I want to be a kid again. What is amazing is I can be because of Quinlan. He has no idea that he is the fountain of youth. He is the secret of youth as is all children. The challenge is to simply shed the idea that you don't have enough time, energy, or money to be a kid. Go out and make a snowman or ride a bike or dig for worms. How about wrestling for an hour when you get home from work? Sure you are tired or stressed or whatever. How long are you going to be the hero of someone? Not long. It is time to be a kid now. I won't let the opportunity pass. Thank you Quinlan!

Long time between posts, busy one. My, second childhood was drinking koolaid, making believe it was tea, in tiny tiny tea cups.
Now in my third childhood I'm Obe Wan Papa.
